Stella: 114 Graduation Ball (feat. Viktoria Couture & Designs)

Basking in the night’s luminance with wonderful people made it what all formal balls are made for – a night to remember.

A rendezvous under the stars with my batchmates* was nothing but a splendid time – it felt like we attended our junior senior prom/ball all over again. It was just fitting to commemorate the years we spent at the university through a formal event – and frankly, a pertinent excuse to get all dolled up with the people you spent the last few years or so with.

Of course, Viktoria Couture and Designs came up with a creation whipped up in a jiffy – a Bibbidi, bobidi boo creation as I’d like to call it. A subtle plunge on the neckline and a peek-a-boo slit were two things  I opted to have with the softness of the silk that hugged my frame. It was, of course, embellished with patches of lace to add touch to its simplicity. Scarlet was the ultimate choice of color for the head-turning masterpiece. I felt no less than a Belle that night, so I give my utmost gratitude again to Viktoria Couture for exceeding my expectations!

3 Aiky Nar, who was been my make up artist since my JS prom in high school, opted for a sultry look to complement the night’s ensemble. You can check out more of his works here.

It is almost time to accept that our nights as undergraduates in La La Land are almost over and the light of day that is the real world is slowly starting rise in the East. Shine bright in the real world out there, graduating class of 2017-2018!
