Kowloon Harbourfront Hotel is your home away from home in Hong Kong.
When I travel, I am always willing to sacrifice a bit of comfort for my accommodation in order for me to be able to spend more on travelling itself such as tours, transportation, etc. Kowloon Harbourfront Hotel was able to bring to the table a treat for travellers to Hong Kong: kind and accommodating staff, numerous facilities to choose from and my favorite: a panoramic view of the Victoria Harbour Skyline. It offers free shuttle services every 10-15 minutes for its guests going to Tsim Sha Tsui too. You can reach the Hong Kong Coliseum, the MTR HungHom Station, the HungHom Pier and the Cross-Harbour Tunnel Bus by short distance walking.
What I love about Kowloon Harbourfront Hotel is how its accommodation of 480 rooms of two bedroom suites embodies the Filipino trait of family and hospitality trait. In case you were wondering, what makes Filipinos so warm and fuzzy is their trait of being very welcoming especially when they have friends or family over. The hotels rooms are large enough to fit a good amount of people. It also contains its own kitchen and tv, where you can relax and enjoy the hotel at your own pace as you wish. Kowloon Harbourfront Hotel is the latest addition under the Harbour Plaza Hotels and Resorts, where it continues its pursuit of developing quality accommodation in a uniquely relaxing environment surrounded by urban conveniences.
The suites are air-conditioned, contains an LCD TV with local and satellite TV channels, a VCD/DVD system, a pantry, a refrigerator and microwave, stove top, electronic safe, built-in sprinklers, a fire alarm and free internet access! There was even a day that I spent the entire morning relaxing in my suite not wanting to go out, just working by the window marvelling the skyline. Haha! There’s a bonus: the hotel is please to offer complementary smartphones for unlimited local calls and international phone calls for 5 countries (China, South Korea, Singapore, USA and Australia), unlimited mobile internet data, a city guide, interactive maps and offers for Hong Kong visitors.
Fun and entertainment abounds the hotel facilities with a 60-meter tropical pool, a jacuzzi, children’s pool, a sundeck terrace, saunas, steam rooms, a mini-theatre, karaoke room, a gym and even health rooms for Yogo, Aerobics and also for massages and other relaxation purposes. Entertainment is limitless as the hotel also offers rooms for Mahjong, music, TV & games, a cyber corner, reading lounge and a leisure corner. Kowloon Harbourfront Hotel‘s got more than what travellers bargain for to create a memorable stay.
My co-bloggers and I: Zac of Voyager Zulu, Emilia of Woman Today and Gabz of Pinoy Travel Freak had a memorable stay at the Kowloon Harbourfront. The next time you visit Hong Kong, be sure to check in for a one of a kind home away from home stay! You can also check out their entries about their little Hong Kong adventures, too!
I officially wrap up my #DiscoverHongKong chronicles. I would like to thank Las Palmas Tours and Travels (Special mention to the President, Ms. Rose Naguit who is with us in the photo and Ms. Willen Naguit), as well as Hong Kong Tourism Board (Special mention to Mr. Simon Wong and Mr. Wilson See) for the trip and fun experience!
